Welcome to Joplin Waste Paper

Joplin Waste Paper is a family-owned business founded in 1972 by Raymond Overman. It was established with the purpose of helping local businesses recycle their waste products, instead of landfilling them.

Centrally located in Joplin, Missouri, Joplin Waste Paper has been serving the recycling needs of the Four-State Area and beyond for over 37 years. After many years of business experience and several expansions, JWP now brokers its own products and ships mill-direct to both domestic and foreign markets, processing between 500-600 tons of recyclables every month.

Residential Recycling Center

On the east side of the facility, there is an easy access area for residential customers who want to bring in their household recyclables. There are labeled boxes set for newspaper, phonebooks, and cardboard products.
